Delivery for orders under $150

 

For orders under $150, a fixed charge will be applied according to the province indicated at checkout.

  • Items are sent by the most appropriate carrier according to the address.
  • Your orders are processed within 48 hours before being picked up by a carrier.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation that will allow you to track your parcel to your door.

 

Delivery for orders of $150.00 or more (except oversized packages)

 

  • Free delivery is available for purchases totalling $150.00 before taxes for delivery addresses in Quebec**.
  • Items are shipped by the most appropriate carrier according to the address.
  • Your orders are processed within 48 hours before being picked up by a carrier.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation that will allow you to track your package to your door.
  • Transport times are controlled by the carriers.
  • Charges will be added to your invoice according to the total of your purchases before taxes and the address entered for delivery.

 

**Remote areas

Remote areas outside regular carrier routes may not qualify for free delivery.

Delivery for oversized parcels

 

Oversized items are not eligible for free home delivery by regular carriers, shipping charges may apply.

Bike delivery

  • Standard bikes are oversized items and are shipped in a box; assembly is required.
  • Electric bikes are assembled and shipped free of charge within a 300 km radius of our store.

In-store pick-up

  • Select "in-store pickup" when you checkout online.
  • An e-mail will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • On site, present a copy of your invoice, your credit card and 1 piece of photo ID.

 

ECHO-SPORTS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, and cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages or the cost of returning merchandise.

In addition, the cost of returning an unclaimed order to the post office within the specified time will be borne by the customer.

In-store purchase(s)

 

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange in store.

New article

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
  • The item must be returned with the original labels and packaging material.
  • The item must be properly packaged to protect the original packaging, no labels or writing directly on the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs charged at time of original purchase are non-refundable.

Used item

A one-year warranty is offered by Echo Sports, in the event of breakage under normal use.

As with new products, you have 10 days to return an item that simply doesn't fit, after which we can buy back your item with depreciation and offer you store credits in exchange or against another item, depending on your choice.

 

ECHO SPORTS reserves the right to refuse the return request if the product does not comply with the return policy or fails quality control.

Products to be returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and all labels, if applicable.

Beyond the 10-day period, only the manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.

Defects in workmanship or quality are usually obvious from the outset. No warranty covers normal wear and tear when a product has been used for its intended purpose.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned

  • Perishable products (such as food and beverages)
  • Products with hygiene issues (such as socks, sports socks, athletic supports and mouth protectors)
  • Protective equipment (all types of helmets*)
  • Skis with bindings installed by drilling

*Note that impact protection equipment such as bicycle, ski or field hockey helmets are not guaranteed against breakage due to impact.

 

Online purchase

 

You have 10 days to return a product.

For online purchases, we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis only. No exchange will be made by carrier, however, it will be possible to exchange in store if you are able to move.

  • When you return an item, you are fully responsible for it until it is delivered to our door.
  • Be sure to choose a carrier that gives you the option of tracking the package and will insure it in case of loss.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by ECHO-SPORTS, please note that only the product will be credited.
  • Refunds will be made within a few days of receipt of the goods, after inspection and validation of the quality of the returned product.
  • All refunds will be made according to the method of payment chosen at the time of purchase.

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition and returned with the original tags and packaging material. Before initiating a return for a purchase made online, you must contact us by e-mail or telephone to obtain authorization from us and details of the procedure to follow.

 

Return of defective goods

In the case of a defective product involving a manufacturer's warranty, please contact us to make arrangements for the return of these products.

We will apply the manufacturer's warranty policy. If parts need to be ordered for a repair, we will carry out the repair at our expense.

However, ECHO-SPORTS does not cover return shipping costs.

 

Return procedure

Please contact us by phone at 1-877-683-3338 or by e-mail at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization.
In your e-mail, please include the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice.

If the return involves a defect, please include photos of the problem.  

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
  • The item must be returned with the original labels and packaging material.
  • The item must be properly packaged to protect the product and the original packaging during transport (do not glue or write anything directly on the original packaging).
  • Shipping costs charged at the time of initial purchase are non-refundable.
